It just feels like you did - because you’ve been so consumed with keeping everyone else alive, happy, and held… that you forgot what it feels like to be held yourself.
And now - there’s this quiet ache inside of you, a feeling you can’t quite name. You love your child(ren) deeply but you also miss you. And you don’t know how to find her again.
The space you didn't know you needed...
This is why I created The Becoming Sessions.
A space that isn’t about fixing you, motivating you, or teaching you another self-improvement hack.
It’s not therapy. It’s not traditional coaching. It’s not a
productivity plan.
It’s simply… a place to breathe.
A place to remember yourself.
A place to be deeply held, seen, and understood -
without expectation.
Because I know what it’s like to feel invisible in motherhood.
I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and
not recognize yourself.
I know what it’s like to love your child(ren) but still ache to feel alive again.
And you’re not alone in this.
So many mothers feel this ache - but no one is talking about it. That’s why I’m opening this space.

What is The Becoming Sessions?
It’s a 90-minute private session where I hold space for you. Deeply. Softly. Unapologetically.
This is not a space where you need to have it all together.
It’s not a space where you’ll be told to “fix yourself.”
It’s not a space where you need to perform or pretend.
This is a space where you can exhale. Speak the truth you’ve been swallowing down. Fall apart if you need to - or simply sit in silence. I’ll listen. I’ll reflect.
I’ll gently guide you back to yourself. And I’ll remind you: You’re not lost. You’re becoming.

Step 1: We drop into your body.
We’ll begin by slowing down.
You’ve been moving so fast - physically, mentally, emotionally - that you haven’t had a moment to hear yourself breathe.
I’ll guide you into your body with a gentle practice. A moment to feel. A moment to exhale. A moment to land.
Step 2: You speak, and I hold you.
When was the last time someone asked how you’re really doing - and stayed long enough to hear the truth?
In this space, you get to pour it all out. The grief. The loneliness. The confusion. The joy. The rage.
All of it is welcome here. And I won’t try to fix it. I won’t rush you into a solution. I’ll simply be with you in it.
Because sometimes, you don’t need fixing - you just need witnessing.
Step 3: We remember who you are.
Underneath the overwhelm, the noise, and the constant doing - you still exist: your passions, your light and your spark. You haven’t lost her. She’s just buried under the weight of mothering.
I’ll help you reconnect with her - through your body, your truth, and your desires (and maybe through your Human Design if that calls to you).
This isn’t about finding the “old you.” It’s about meeting the becoming you.
The one who is rising from the ashes of motherhood.

By the end of our session, you won’t leave with a to-do list. You’ll leave with clarity.
Clarity about what your heart is quietly whispering. Clarity about what your body needs. Clarity about how to move forward from this place - without force, hustle, or guilt.
