What coaching is...


It’s an honest and confidential conversation between you and me. A safe place for sharing your fears and dreams without any judgement or criticism, where throughout intuitive questioning you come up with your best answers at the time.

The coaching journey is an interactive experience where the WOW factor of the outcome depends entirely on how much effort and energy you invest in yourself.

What coaching is not...

It is not counselling or therapy. It’s not about your past, but your present and future. I won’t sort your life out, save you or give you my answers. All this wisdom is coming from you – I’m only here to facilitate the process of YOU discovering it.

I believe you have the power to change your life for the better.

What I believe in...

We tend to set unrealistic expectations for ourselves. Fulfilling various different roles while staying true to ourselves and keeping balance seem oftentimes impossible. I believe that throughout discovering the power of self care we have the ability to become stronger, more confident, therefore more resilient and happier.

Once you allow space for yourself there’s so much more you can achieve and offer to others, as well. It will not only improve your relationship with yourself but will help you thrive in all the areas of your life.

I also believe that everything is connected, therefore it is essential to explore and improve the unique wholeness of our wellbeing in order to nurture deep sustainable change and growth.
